What do I do if my cash back application was rejected?


As long as your order was placed during the cashback period, you are entitled to the cashback.

If you made an online purchase towards the end of the period, your application may sometimes be rejected as our invoice lists the day it was sent or collected.

If you do meet the criteria for the cashback but are rejected, please get in touch with us and send us any information you have regarding the rejected claim, e.g. the claim number, rejection number, date of rejection, etc, and we will pass it on to our rep and provide them with proof the order was made in the period so they can rectify the issue.
