Where can I get an estimated time frame on a Pre-Order or Special Order product?

Special Order and Pre Order items are not in stock at our stores and need to be ordered in from our supplier.

When you place an order with us, we will confirm an ETA with our supplier and let you know.

If you would like to know an estimated time frame for a product before placing an order, please submit a request through our contact form, and we'll let you know the estimate once we have received it from our supplier.

(All time frames are estimates only, and we cannot guarantee the item will arrive in the given time frame)
