How do I make a warranty claim?


One of the perks of buying from us is we're happy to assist your with any warranty claims you'd like to make.

Just bring your camera or product into a local store with your receipt, and we'll send it off to an Authorised repairer to be assessed. If the item is found to be a manufacturers fault, you will be covered under warranty. Please be aware if the fault is not covered, you will be given a quote for repair costs, and will be required to pay an inspection fee.

To arrange for a camera repair, via post or by bringing in store, you can fill out our repair form here. Please be aware that cameras outside of warranty may incur an inspection/quoting fee.
