My order was delivered but some items were missing. Where is the rest of my order?

Sometimes we need to split your order between a couple of our stores, as no single store has all your items in stock. Other times stock needs to be ordered in from our supplier. We do our best to contact you regarding any delays but sometimes things can be missed.

The best thing to do is to get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we'll be able to confirm what's happening and sort out any issues for you.
