What does my order status mean?

If you have an Online Shopping account with us, and place an order whilst logged in, you will be able to view your order status in 'My Orders'.

Please find below a short explanation of each status below:

Processing - Your order has been received and is in the next batch to be processed. Order batches will be processed at the beginning of the next day. This delay is due to payment settlement times.

Assigning Stock - Stock is assigned to stores for your order. If an item needs to be ordered in, an ETA will be established with our supplier before you are contacted.

Awaiting Customer Reply - We have attempted to contact you regarding your order and require a response before we can continue.

Stock On Order - An item has been ordered in or transferred to fulfill your order. You will be contacted if this occurs.

Awaiting Dispatch - Your order has been processed and awaiting packing and shipping. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking.

Payment Under Review - Our automated security gateway has flagged your order, and requires further review before we can continue processing. You will be contacted if there are any issues.

Action Required: Verify ID - Our automated security gateway has flagged your order, and we require further identity verification to be able to continue processing. If your order has been flagged, you should receive an email notification regarding what to do next.
