We do take passport and visa photos at any of our stores. Pricing starts at $19.95 for a physical copy.
The process doesn't take long at all, around 15-30 mins in total. The store will have you sit in front of a sheet and take your photo, then they will format the photo to suit whatever passport or visa you require, and then it's as simple as printing the photo.
