Why didn't my ClubTed benefits apply to my order?

When placing an order online, if you would like to make use of your ClubTed benefits, you will need to sign up for an Online Shopping account using the same email address as your ClubTed account.

When you sign up, you will need to tick the box that says 'Sign up for ClubTed' regardless of if you are a ClubTed member (Don't worry, this won't sign you up twice!).

Once you have an Online Shopping account, you will need to log in to the account before making a purchase.
